Our Story
A Company Born from Frustration with the Status Quo
Righteous Infrastructure was founded in 2013 by Suresh Kumar after he witnessed firsthand how opaque and legally risky real estate transactions had become for ordinary buyers in Bangalore. Too many people were losing their savings to fraudulent land deals, unclear titles, and vanishing developers.
His vision was simple: build a real estate company that puts the buyer first — one where every transaction is transparent, every document is verified, and every investor walks away with peace of mind.
Today, Righteous Infrastructure has delivered over 200 acres of farm land and plotted developments across the Bangalore metropolitan region, serving 500+ investors and families who trusted us with their land ownership journey.
